Use of the service
QBOtoExcel is provided as a browser-based tool for converting QBO bank transaction files to XLSX or CSV. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with files you are authorized to process. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any file you upload and that its use complies with applicable laws.
Free usage
The current version is free to use for a single QBO file at a time. Future releases may introduce paid plans for batch or higher-volume workflows, which will be governed by their own terms. You are not required to create an account to use the converter in its current form.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we aim for accurate parsing of standard QBO files, we do not guarantee that every file will convert correctly, that the output will be complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Always review the converted output against your original records.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QBOtoExcel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the converter, including any loss of data or financial loss. The converter is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting or financial advice.
Intellectual property
The QBOtoExcel name, site design, and content belong to QBOtoExcel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your QBO files remain yours, and any XLSX or CSV file you generate belongs to you.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time and without notice, including the introduction of usage limits or the removal of particular features. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive, such as disclaimers and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the service or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the location where the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
